Description

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

• Products are eligible for returns only in case of manufacturing defect that cannot be fixed.
• Returns and exchanges are only applicable to non-custom and non-discounted items.
• Customers may exchange for another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference).
• If eligible for a refund or replacement, requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery of order.
• We request customers to provide multiple images: One showing the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed.
• Keeping the original packaging is mandatory. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is securely repacked with all labels intact.

Return:

• Though we dont charge any restocking fee but to maintain product quality and manage handling costs, return shipping paid by customer
• The return Shipping fee would be deducted from refund amount of order.

Refund Process:

• Order Refund: Processed within 48 hours after the product is received and inspected by our QC team.
• Exchange Orders: No charges will be applied.
• Exchange orders are exempt from return charges.

• Keep furniture away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or discoloration
• Avoid placing items near heat sources (radiators, fireplaces, vents)
• Use coasters, placemats, and trivets to protect surfaces
• Clean spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth
• Avoid dragging furniture—lift when moving to prevent damage
• Dust regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth
• Use a mild wood cleaner or polish occasionally
• Avoid excessive moisture—never use soaking wet cloths
• Protect from scratches using pads under décor items
