Shipping Policy
At Darsh Stars, we take pride in delivering beautifully crafted furniture, rugs, and home decor pieces right to your door with care.
All in-stock items are processed within 2 business days after receiving your order.
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days within the U.S.
Large Furniture Orders: Delivered via freight partner within 2–4 weeks.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery status in real time.
We offer free standard shipping on most orders within the U.S.
Oversized or heavy items may incur an additional freight charge, displayed during checkout.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and our support team will make it right.
Return Policy
We hope you love your new piece, but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
In general we don't charge on return but a restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns (typically $100–$400, depending on carrier freight).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@darshstars.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping label (if applicable).
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
