Orders & Payments

How can I place an order?

You can easily shop online at darshstars.com Simply add your favorite products to the cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the payment steps securely.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped. Please contact us at hello@darshstars.com as soon as possible.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Larger furniture pieces or custom items may take 2–4 weeks depending on your location and carrier availability.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping across the U.S. on most orders. Oversized or freight shipments may have an additional delivery fee, which will be shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your Darsh Stars account to check your order status anytime.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items that are unused and in original packaging.

Are there any return fees?

Yes, large furniture returns may include a restocking fee (typically $100–$400) based on carrier freight. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.

Do colors look the same in person as they do online?
