Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Returns:
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must not be physically damaged and in original packaging.
A restocking fee will apply to cover carrier freight and handling costs:
$100–$400, depending on product size, weight, and return location.
This fee will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and inspected.
Exchange and Returns
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
Products are eligible for returns only in case of manufacturing defect that cannot be fixed.
Returns and exchanges are only applicable to non-custom and non-discounted items.
Customers may exchange for another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference).
If eligible for a refund or replacement, requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery of order.
We request customers to provide multiple images: One showing the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed.
Keeping the original packaging is mandatory. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is securely repacked with all labels intact.
Return:
Though we dont charge any restocking fee but to maintain product quality and manage handling costs, return shipping paid by customer
The return Shipping fee would be deducted from refund amount of order.
